What daily habits are ageing our skin?

Sometimes, we do things daily that affect our health, body and skin and we don't even notice.  And sometimes, few of our everyday habits are ageing our skin and causing it to wrinkle faster than our age.
So what are these habits?

Sleeping with the face down
By sleeping with our face down, we press our face to our pillow and we create marks and wrinkles. It is better to sleep in a position that allows the skin to breathe during the night and the best position is to sleep on our back.

We wear excessive makeup
Daily and excessive use of makeup ends to premature aging.  Using too much makeup results to clogging our pores and troubling the skin, and while using alcohol compositions and other chemicals to remove our makeup, we remove also the natural oils and dry out the skin, and we originate the appearance of premature fine lines and wrinkles.

We drink our drink with a straw
When we are out for drinks, we usually have our favourite cocktail with a straw, as it does not leave lipstick on the glass. But the lips holding a straw can over time lead to the formation of fine lines and wrinkles on the crow's feet and around the mouth. The same applies to the puff of the cigarette.

Multitasking and Stress
Chronic stress is one of the main "machines" that produce free radicals of oxygen molecules, which reduce the cells and promote aging.  Slow down, take a deep breath and take one step at a time.

We do not exercise regularly
And by this, I am not saying that we must join the gym, not everyone can afford a membership card.  But there are other ways. Go out, take a long walk and allow yourself to relax and breathe.  Or take the dog for a walk and benefit yourself from it.  Or put your favourite song or cd, turn the volume on and dance like there is no tomorrow.  You will feel great while doing it and you will feel great afterward; your body will thank you!
